- Handling inquiries from customers
- Liaise with overseas branches
- Supporting Manager
- Maintain employee data
- Handle ad-hoc projects as required
- Experience in Secretary,HR is a plus
- Good command of Japanese,English
- Good command of Ms office ,Word, Excel
- Good communication skill,detail-minded,flexible
