职责

1）信息、媒体及宣传管理 

•  确保定期监控有关新闻资讯, 进行新闻信息的发布及管理
•  负责媒体对接和主动宣传
•  负责宣传材料印制和更新维护
•  协调媒体公关公司工作，确保公关公司按照工作要求进行服

2）企业文化组织工作

•   计划组织企业文化培训及宣贯，营造和提升文化。
•   有创造性的进行企业文化各项工作组织安排。

3）康委会组织工作

•   组织年度康委会整体计划及预算
•   有效管理各协会活动, 组织及统一康委会活动。

4）商务接待

•   制订商务接待及公务接待的标准。
•   重要商务接待的组织、安排。

5）会务组织管理

•   统筹安排重要接待会议。
•   半年工作会议、全年工作会议的组织及安排。

6）制度建设及流程优化

•   负责所承担工作职责中制度制定、修订及实施推进。

7）协助管理层日常工作安排

要求:

•   具备大学本科或以上学历，经济、金融或行政管理相关专业尤佳
•   具有1年以上相關工作经验；
•   普通话语言表达流畅，能够读、写英文工作文书。
•   悉日常辦公軟體，如 MS Office Excel，PPT等办公软件。
•   良好组织及沟通能力、能独立工作、处事具责任感；
