Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in new business and after sales administration processing
- Responsible for data maintenance of the Company's Clients Automation System
- Provide customer services such as handling enquiries from business introducers and clients
- Coordinate and communicate with local sales team and product providers
- Undertake other administrative duties from time to time when necessary in order to maintain successful operation of the company
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with minimum 2 years of working experience
- Hard working, detail-minded and high accuracy
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
- Exposure in Insurance or Financial industry an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
