Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in new business and after sales administration processing
  • Responsible for data maintenance of the Company's Clients Automation System
  • Provide customer services such as handling enquiries from business introducers and clients
  • Coordinate and communicate with local sales team and product providers
  • Undertake other administrative duties from time to time when necessary in order to maintain successful operation of the company

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Hard working, detail-minded and high accuracy
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese word processing
  • Exposure in Insurance or Financial industry an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
