• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the department and staff members
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department
• Monitor and procure needed supplies for stores, office, reception, mailroom, and pantries
• Prepare annual budget, monitor and control office expenses
• Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meet environmental, health, and security standards
• Manage the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
• Take care of insurance policies
• Organize staff events/parties

• Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years solid office administration experience in sizable organization. Previous experience in FMCG is preferred
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and central procurement tender management
• Customer-focused and excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment
• Possess high level of confidence, professionalism, and diplomacy as well as being able to work under pressure in multi-cultural environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
