To assist the Project Manager for the following activities:

• Pre-sales assistant to sales in tender bid of DPS and BPO projects participating in the overall selling cycle. This includes development of technical proposal, presentation and specific pricing scheme;  
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and various parties (internal / external) to ensure the smooth implementation of projects and meet the project timeline;
• Prepare documentation on the whole project cycle, including project plan, functional specification, UAT plan, operation workflow, operation manual and cost calculation etc.;
• Attend customer / sales meeting to provide technical and operational solution according to client’s requirement;
• Provide primary contact and support between customers and sales teams on day to day project related technical issue;
• Assist to prepare and participate on company audit activities and drill tests with IT infrastructure team to various customers.

Job requirement:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Computer Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, energetic and organized. Flexible and be able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Prior experience in Data Management Solutionsindustry and IT knowledge would be an advantage
• Candidates with more project management experience would be considered as Senior Project Assistant
