Job Description
l協助處理大量信件、操作摺信機摺信、寄信等工作
l負責外勤、文件送遞,協助日常簡單辦公室助理工作
l辦公室搬遷及協調不同地點之辦公室日常文件往來
l每週工作5天(星期一至五)
l中學程度,懂讀寫中文,簡單英文
l具最少五年或以上相關工作經驗
l熟悉中西區、九龍灣地形
l必須有責任感、勤奮、誠實可靠、待人有禮及盡責
l具良好溝通能力
l曾於證券業或金融界之公司工作獲優先考慮
