Job Description

Our client is one of the leading international law firms. With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with recruitment team to assist in both lateral and graduate recruitment
  • Support all kinds of recruitment activities from sourcing candidates to interview arrangements
  • Compile and ensure the recruitment reports are up to date
  • Assist in the onboarding process and manage applications & vacancies on HR system
  • Support for law society trainee registration applications and admission procedures for newly qualified lawyers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trainees and interns, as well as other internal stakeholders and leads
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Main Responsibilities:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from sizable / MNC companies, fresh graduates with strong passion in law firm and recruitment will also be considered
  • Independent, proactive, "can-do" attitude and being able to work under pressure
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
