Requirements:

1)   Legal Secretary

• 3-5-years' secretarial experience in law firm
• Preparing bundles, assist in preparation of correspondence and other legal documents
• Conducting searches and handling stamping and registration procedures (Company, Land, BR & Bankruptcy, etc.)
• Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work for more than one lawyer
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Mandarin
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-minded, willing to learn and good team player
