Job Description

Job Accountabilities

Learning & Development

  • Consolidate annual Capability Development Needs Analysis for business unit
  • Assist to develop Learning & Development solutions to meet Functions’ Capability Development Needs
  • Formulate annual Learning & Development plan
  • Design and conduct training programs (e.g. staff induction and soft skills training) in classroom or virtual set-up according to the annual Learning & Development plan
  • Manage and maintain Group Learning Management System (GLMS) in courses enrollment, evaluation, e-learning content development and reporting
  • Administer the Training Subsidy application, training reimbursement and the related payment process, in accordance with company policy
  • Provide logistics support for onsite and offsite training programs
  • Develop and provide regular management reports and updates on Learning & Development activities
  • Support the roll-out of Country or Regional Learning & Development initiatives
  • Source, manage and liaise with external vendors for fit-to-purpose learning and development solutions

Talent Management

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the talent framework, tools and processes
  • Maintain Global Talent Management System and ensure its compliance to the Global Talent Policy
  • Administer and provide logistic support to Country and Functional Talent Review processes
  • Support the design, delivery and tracking of global, regional and local Talent Management initiatives
  • Collate, review, analyze and present talent data to support business decisions

Employee Engagement

  • Contribute to the launch of employee satisfaction surveys (e.g. OHI, eNPS) in communication, reporting, data analysis, follow-up action plan consolidation, etc.
  • Develop and deploy engagement programs (e.g. Wellness program, Manager recognition program, etc.) to increase employee engagement level in the organization

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or Psychology or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, talent management, or relevant areas, preferably in financial institutions or MNCs
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Officer
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with good attention to detail in both written and verbal communications
  • Good understanding of formal training and development cycle
  • Digital savvy with high learning agility to e-learning platforms and its technical features
  • Knowledge of graphics and visual design will be an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with counterparts from different lines of business at regional and country levels
  • Sound project management skills to keep up with the pace of business change
  • Growth and innovative mindset in developing self and people in organization
