Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
(a) Drive, devise and review recruitment strategies and initiatives to fulfil company business need;(b) Develop and manage effective sourcing pipelines, tools and outreach programmes for strategic partnership with external organizations;
(c) Track and analyse market trends and intelligence to ensure recruitment competitiveness in the labour market;
(d) Manage and ensure all activities and procedures are in compliance with company and statutory requirements;
(e) Prepare and compile management reports and analysis; and
(f) Other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:-
(a) Degree holder or above in related disciplines;(b) At least 8 years relevant experience in sizable companies with 5 years at managerial level;
(Candidates not meeting the above requirements but with proven outstanding achievements may also be considered);
(c) Conversant with HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
(d) High level of accountability with excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
(e) Proactive and resourceful with strong sense of responsibility;
(f) Proficiency in MS Office applications; and
(g) Good command of English and Chinese.
