Job Duties

• Responsible for general office administrative work
• Managing staff attendance and leave record
• Provide daily accounting support
• Daily accounting operations including general journal entries, payments, petty cash, staff reimbursement, preparing monthly reports, etc.
• Handle lease arrangement
• Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 7 / DSE graduate or above
• Min. 3-4 years related working experience
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently, responsible, self-motivated, hardworking & eager to learn
• Prior experience with EZPAY is an advantage
• Good spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• 5-day work a week, Bank holidays
• Immediate availability is preferable
