Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To analyze business performance of different trustees and insurers and interpret relevant market data, industry trends and pattens on regular basis.
- To develop and conduct market surveys by using different statistical tools.
- To identify and understand the current operational problems and make suggestions for improvement through forecasting, gap analysis, quantitative
- reporting, research and statistical analysis.
- To perform and manage MPF provider analysis, investment research, investment analysis, market analysis & employee benefits related analysis and
- trend.
- To analyze survey findings and develop reports and communication decks to for stakeholders such as the company’s management, sales teams and clients.
- To support sales teams for the tender cases and sizable customers’ program renewals by providing detailed data analysis.
- To organize research data and documents in the corresponding data base and systems.
- To provide member communication including, but not limited to, employee benefits, member briefings and webinars.
- To face and handle corporate clients regarding to employee benefits insurance renewal, MPF and investments offerings.
- Prior experience working for an internship in research and analytics, financial services, or insurance.
- 1 to 2 years experience in applied research or data management, fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Able to perform statistical analysis.
- Able to manipulate large, complex data sets using a variety of software applications (SPSS, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, information science, actuarial science or related degree is preferred.
- Able to manage multitasks, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and positive attitude.
