Be responsible for general insurance policy administration services and associated back-office tasks including operational projects and other supported may needed  from reporting manager to collectively achieve company goals. 

You will be responsible for…

• Manage policy administration services including data capture, policy documents and renewal invitations issuance.
• Support day to day operation on P&C products including Motor, Individual Medical, Marine and other GI products.
• Ensure quality and accurate service deliverables.
• Assist underwriting and operation team to achieve operational efficiency.
• Support user acceptance test for the rollout of core insurance system and assist in designing test plan and conducting UAT.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• University degree or equivalent post-secondary education
• At least 2-3 years’ experience of working with relevant job in General Insurance
• Product Knowledge in General Insurance business

• Open mindset to adapt to needs of the stakeholder
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Solution oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills including English and Cantonese
