Responsibilities

• Able to handle receivable & payable management to ensure invoices are accurately and timely issued/collected
• Manage bills and invoices, verify accuracy of billing data and revised any error
• Perform bookkeeping work (i.e. filling, data entry, record keeping), billing settlement and assist in data analysis
• Handle daily bank transactions and bank reconciliation
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-year working experience
• Experience in retail industry is an advantage
• Well versed in MS office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is a must
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality and able to work under pressure
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Experience in SAP and ERP is an advantage
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
