• Handle counter services including deposit processing, cheque clearing, remittance ,autopay set up and cheque book issuance etc.
• Ensure efficient counter service operation and provide quality service to customers
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries
• Perform scanning and uploading of client’s account documentation to the system
• Perform account posting on bank charges and audit confirmation etc
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

• Secondary education or diploma holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience
• Knowledge in counter service operation and familiar with cheque clearing/remittance
• Detail minded and customer-oriented
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
