Responsibilities:

• Managing the FP&A team of 4 people, work closely with Finance Director in overviewing annual budget forecast and relevant financial reports. 

• Work closely with Managing Director on weekly basis in reviewing corporate financial-related matters with a data-driven approach.
• Data monetization and analysis are key matrixes in overseeing corporate performance and identifying further business opportunities.
• Review and continuously drive and automate operations enhancement within the finance department.
• Provide P&L and ROI analysis to ensure all businesses are operating within optimal level.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (BU heads) in providing insights and advises from a finance perspective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience team management; strong business acumen and financial analytical skills.
• Experienced in analytical tools and applications (e.g. Excel VBA, Tableau, and SAP BI) will be an advantage. 
• Effective people management skills: motivation, development and performance management.
• Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
