Job Description
-Assist and support bank branches/loan center in establishing relationships with property brokers/agents and solicitors to obtain referral business
-Conduct cross-selling of other banking products to the mortgage customer base such as fire insurance/home content/domestic helps etc.
-Participate in all promotional activities of all mortgage products
-Support on local mortgage & reverse mortgage business if needed
- Execute directions by clients for setting up deposits, Mortgage loans & Personal loan referrals, wealth management & life protection
- High Commission rate for
- Mortgage Loan 0.2% of Loan amount
- Over 50% of First year premium for Life protection product in bank insurance, up to 9 years renewal commission
- Private Bank account successful opening referral HKD $10,000 per one etc
- work in Bank Main Building in Central & Tsim Sha Tsui Office
- Higher Diploma or above (any formal educational background are welcome)
- Securities / Forex execution experience is preferred but not a must
- SFC Type 1 and 3 licenses preferred but not a must
- Holder of IIQE Paper 1 and 3 licenses preferred but not a must
- Good knowledge in wealth management products
- Self initiative and team player
- Fluent in Putonghua, English and Cantonese
- Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic Preferred) and Chinese Typewriting
