Our client is a wealth management company providing financial services to worldwide customers. To cope with expansion, they are seeking for an enthusiastic individual to support the operation team.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational duties and provide services such as client accounts administration (e.g. opening and closing of accounts).
• Perform due diligence and review account opening documents.
• Ensure transactions are authorized and processed accurately, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain client database and filing records.
• Act as liaison between external business partners, clients and consulting team.
• Assist office administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong attentive to details, well-organized, ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Good in people skills, strong teamwork and proactive with can-do attitude.
• Exposure with CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience in KYC and client onboarding would be an advantage.
• Excellent in English communication.
