In this role, you will perform:

• Responsible for proactively follow up with related parties
• Execute properties appraisal on the new mortgage loans and refinance applications
• Maintain close relationship with agency and solicitors’ firms
• Ensure the correctness of loan contracts before corporate approval
• Implement business plan to achieve sales targets

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Tertiary education or above, finance or other business related disciplines are preferred
• Preferably 5 years relevant experience in Money Lending Industry
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong adaptability and flexibility
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
