About the role:

With the changing needs of the markets and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, we are currently looking for an experienced treasury talent to join the organization. The role is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group treasury function to manage perform treasury functions including cash flow forecast, hedging, FX dealing, risk management, cash management, etc
• Develop and improve the overall cash management process through use of technology and collaboration with the Group corporate banks
• Monitor and manage the trapped cash within the Group
• Manage the use of the revolving credit facility whilst minimizing interest charge
• Establish and maintain banking relationships at the Group level for all operating and treasury activities, incl. consolidation of banking relationships across the Group
• Assist in designing, implementing and maintaining the Group FX policy incl. assessing Group FX exposure and mitigation strategies and implementation
• Monitor compliance with debt covenants  
• Manage shareholder value projects, working capital requirements
• Manage APAC and European currency risk exposure and hedging activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• At least 10 years’ treasury / accounting experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level in Family Office / Asset Management Companies
• Experience in corporate treasury
• Strong understanding on banking products including FX management and hedging
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
