Responsibilities

• Provide customer services, handle customer enquiries and related tasks support to clients;
• Handle HK and overseas securities, stock, funds, and bonds trading;
• Monitor client’s order and margin level, and perform margin call or force liquidation when necessary;
• Match daily transaction records and comply with various trading reports;
• Participate in system development projects, UAT and implementation;
• Assist in compiling product documentation, manuals, and guidelines.

• Degree holders or above;
• Minimum 1 years dealing experience in type 1 and 2 brokerage firm;
• Familiar with the trading platforms;
• Willing to work on night shift and work on public holiday;
• Proficient in MS office including word and excel;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must.
