岗位职责：

1. 负责对接金融机构，落实金融授信材料的组织、修改、补充、上报等工作；

2. 负责根据项目进度，督促金融机构及时放款；

3. 熟悉贸易融资流程，负责所分管项目与金融机构的协调工作

4. 根据公司业务具体情况，项目实际情况，全面规划融资项目，设计合作模式，对项目发展进行投融资支持；

5. 制定、实施投融资方案，保证融资项目完成的质量；

6. 负责开拓公司对外投融资业务市场，维持与客户的良好关系；

任职要求：

1、金融、经济等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、具有广泛的企业融资资源和金融人脉资源；

3、5年以上银行、证券、基金、大型上市公司资金管理等相关工作经验；

4、具有良好的融资分析能力和判断能力；

5、有较强的谈判技能，具有良好的沟通能力。
