Our client is a a global investment firm pursuing a long-term, fundamental strategy active in Technology, Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors. They are now looking for a Investor Relations Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring financial markets to identify potential opportunities or risks for the company’s business
• Communicating with company executives and other stakeholders 
• Researching and analyzing industry trends and competitor activity
• Communicating with shareholders and institutional investors to answer questions about a company’s performance or to investigate suspicious activity in a company’s securities
• Researching companies that are potential acquisition targets to determine their potential value to the company offering to buy them

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree from top notch universities in finance related disciplines
• Min 4-8 years of relevant experiences in top-tier Banking/FS institutions, PRC market experiences highly preferable
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail and Excel modeling's kills
• Strong written and communication skills
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
