Job Description
A foreign based international financial services company, which offers a range of financial services for high-net-worth investors and institutional clients, is inviting a high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and prepare for prospecting meetings with Relationship Managers.
- Handle prospect requests for information e.g. sourcing info and data, liaising with internal departments, drafting correspondences.
- Overseeing RFIs/RFPs process and ensuring quality and timely submissions
- Perform due diligence and review documents.
- Maintaining information on prospects and updating critical management information about prospects and clients into systems.
- Making cold calls and emails to introduce the company and secure meetings.
- Attend conferences to maximize prospecting opportunities. Proactively network at events.
- Market research on target institutions.
- Work with Marketing Manager to support events and marketing activities.
- Preparation of report to reflect new business effort.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with CFA qualification would be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with institutional investors.
- Experience in client relations or business development with thorough understanding of RFI / RFP process.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge on financial products and investment are essential.
- Proactive, outgoing, capable to share ideas with team and work cross-functionally.
