Job Responsibilities

•        Provide administrative support to marketing, events, conferences, awards, etc.
•        Manage the company social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
•        Manage events and projects for FinTech community development and new member recruitment
•        Work closely and maintain relationships with internal and external individuals, enterprises, regulators, and professional bodies
•        Actively promote and market corporate memberships and benefits to collaborative partners and organisations
•        Maintain and update membership database & mailing list
•        Work alongside our partners to pursue opportunities and develop Fintech related projects
•        Assist the council in updating and creating presentation decks and marketing materials
•        Support ad hoc duties assigned by the council, subcommittees, and supervisors
•        Prepare the council meetings’ materials and minutes regularly
•        Monitor the latest FinTech market trends, conduct relative researches and strategic plans
  

Job Requirements

•        Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Communication, Business or other related disciplines
•        Prefer 2-3 years of experience working for professional bodies, or in marketing and communication fields
•        Fresh graduates are welcomed too
•        Passionate in Fintech and related topics
•        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
•        Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•        Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage
•        Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
