A well-established Bank is currently looking for an Operational Risk-AVP candidate to join their Operational Department as the team is expanding. This role focuses on bank-wide operational risk management and BCP activities.

Responsibilities:

This role will be reporting to the Team Head

• Identify and assess key operational risks and give recommendations for risks mitigation
• Ensure internal policies and procedures are in place to address key risks and align with the HKMA regulatory requirement and banking standards.
• Manage and improve operational and conduct risk and control
• Ensure RCSA are periodically reviewed and properly implement mitigation actions
• Support and Manage Bank-wide Business Continuity Plan (BCP) across all branches and subsidiary

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Business Administration, Risk Management or other related professional qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in operational risk management within banking and financial markets
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, products and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skill, strong command in Chinese and English
