Responsibilities:

• Provide market updates to clients and contribute ideas in morning market meetings.
• Maintain relationship and arrange meetings with institutional, corporate and high-net-worth clients.
• Responsible for timely and accurate executions on all trade orders in global markets.
• Revert and confirm the orders with clients and maintain a positive relationship with global business partners.
• Keep close watch on the markets and be alerted on sudden news and stock movements.
• Maintain client call lists by providing them the market news and information.
• Initiate trading recommendations and pitch products like IPO and Placement to clients.
• Be aware of arbitrage opportunities.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirement:

• University Degree, preferably with internship experience in a reputable stock broking firm.
• At least one year experience in stock trading.
• Able to maintain presence of mind during high market volatility and workload.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must; fluent in Mandarin is essential.
• Holder of SFC’s license for Regulated Activity – Type 1 is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Broking Support
