Job Description
The client is a global prestigious MNC Insurance Group, is now seeking a new headcount for Telesales / Telemarketer, Insurance Call Centre (5-day work; no shift) (Basic salary + Great Comm.) to join their team
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound telemarketing calls to acquire new business
- Involve in different marketing campaigns to promote corporate’s products and services
- Provide customer-centric services for clients on company growth
- Handle sales enquiries and provide quality service to meet clients’ needs and expectations
- Actively develop and maintain good relationships with prospects and clients
- Input prospect profile and sales activities information in sales platform
- Collect market information and keep abreast of the insurance industry’s development
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 1 year or more related sales experience (insurance field would be an advantage)
- Certified IIQE paper 1 & 3 is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, well organized and attention to details, able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
- Self-motivated, driven individuals with an interest in the Insurance sector
- Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
- Highly customer focused
- Financial Planner / Wealth Management Professional / Insurance Agent are welcome
