Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysis of companies and transactions;
• Perform preliminary screening of investment opportunities and due diligence;
• Monitor and analyse the financial performance and risks of portfolios
• Assist in deal sourcing and portfolio management;
• Prepare investment proposals, project performance report for presentation to management
• Use different valuation methods to do valuation;

Job Requirements:

• 1-4 years experienced in PE or other financial institutions;
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
• Strong work ethic and integrity, candidate should be a team player that is proactive and self-motivated and demonstrate leadership capabilities
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skill
