Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the completion of all sales tasks include IPOs and secondary market placements;
• Enlarge client network through various channels especially fund house and professional investors;
• Coordinate the work of other professional parties involved in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;
• Handle ad-hoc Projects

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or relevant discipline;
• Holder of professional qualification in CPA/CFA or equivalent is an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ECM or related areas;
• Strong analytical skills, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure with good team work;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
