Job Description:

• Provide support for Client Onboarding, Customer Due Diligence and AML/KYC Assessment
• Assist business heads to implement compliance programs
• Carry out regular and ad-hoc compliance checks at the front, middle and back offices to detect, monitor and manage compliance and regulatory risks
• Handle license applications, monitoring the CPT record of licensed staff
• Liaise and coordinate with regulatory authorities in respect of compliance-related matters
• Review internal manuals, procedures and related materials to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Advise management strategies and guidelines to respond to and mitigate compliance risk emergencies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in financial institutions
• Sound knowledge of SFO and other relevant codes and regulations
• Attentive to details, compliance and control-oriented
• Self-initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
