Responsibilities

• Serve clients with a professional manner, including handle daily inquiries and follow up project-related tasks
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of services
• To Handle multi-tasks and ad hoc assignments is required

Requirements

• DSE or above with experience in customer service or related sector preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both English and Mandarin
• A team player, hardworking, proactive, patient and organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Immediate available will definitely be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior position
