Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Assist to handle various Operations tasks such as settlement, confirmation and corporate action.
- Participate in Operations related projects
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by team managers
- Daily documents retrieval, scanning and filing
- General enquiries logging, handling and follow-up
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese and good command of spoken/written English
- 2 years or more experience in Operations department of major broker house
- Able to work independently, under pressure and meet specific deadline
- Willingness to work over-time and on public holiday
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office such as Excel, Work and Outlook.
