•          Conduct Financial modelling, Corporate Operational and Financial Analysis;
•          Monitor the existing investments for consistency to stated strategy, performance, trends and other quantitative and qualitative aspects;
•          Advice to senior management team and make the best effort to contribute to the success of the post investment management;
•          Prepare timely professional research reports / presentation materials upon market and industry movement on specific sectors and company focus;
•          Coordinate & liaise with auditors, provide & prepare all documentation for audit purposes;
•          Work with internal and external parties to optimize the operation flow;
•          Perform ad-hoc projects as required.

任職要求：

•          Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance Business or related discipline；CPA or CFA is a plus;
•          1-3 years of experience in financial markets with strong analytical skills, less qualified candidates will be considered the analyst role;
•          Strong analysis, presentation and modelling skills（drivers of DCF-based and multiples-based valuation）;
•          Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline or multi-task when needed;
•          Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghuaat native level is preferred).
•         Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
