The Company

Our client is a HK based quantitative fund that is backed by a HK conglomerate. They are expanding their team and are hiring for 2 new headcounts for the Fund Operations team.

The Role

• Provide support to the daily operations of funds
• Responsible for overseeing trade captures, settlements, corporate action processing, SBL booking, cash and position reconciliation, verification of performance fee calculation, payments etc
• Monitor fund margins, risk management limits and restrictions, and generate risk reports.
• Perform trade bookings, trade matching, daily and P&L reconciliations, failed trade investigations
• Assist in office administration tasks
• Assist with fund accounting responsibilities such as assisting with fund valuations, calculation of NAVs, management fees, incentive fees and performance
• Liaise with fund administrators and prime brokers on daily activities
• Coordinate with fund administrators and clients to assist with fund flows such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.

Your Profile

• University Degree holder or above
• 3-8 year experience working experience in fund operations or fund accounting background
• Knowledge of hedge fund is an advantage
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
