Responsibilities:

• To handling daily coordination and inquiries with our clients regarding financial reports, IPO, circular, announcement and related financial document.
• To work closely with internal departments to handle customer inquiries and feedbacks to meet customer requirement and standard.
• To maintain quality customer relationship to achieve client’s satisfaction in a professional manner.
• To handle ad-hoc duties as required by Company.

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above.
• Minimum 1-2 years or above working experience in customer service, account servicing or financial printing or relevant working experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work as a team player.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Proficiency in PC operation and MS Office.
• Required to work shift duties (Allowance will be provided for the afternoon and overnight shift).
• Willing to work overtime with pay.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant.
