Job Description:-

• Daily trading support for various Trading systems for Cash and Derivative business to ensure the system stability especially focus on  
  • Daily operation, workflow and system monitoring
  • Issue management and vendor management
  • Change management and version control
  • Stability and performance tuning
• Daily L1 and L2 support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any ad-hoc issue during in trading hours, to ensure the smoothness of daily trading activity.
• Issue management includes preventive measurement, post-incident follows up, functionality test with vendor to ensure the stability of the trading platforms.
• Change management includes Exchange project, trading system enhancement, system integration, system / modules upgrade and BAU tasks. Able to perform the necessary tests such as functional, technical and regression test to ensure the quality of delivery in controllable manner.
• Responsible the integration layer and enhancement in between front to back office systems.

 

Job Specifications:-

• Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• A solid knowledge of Equities and Derivatives trading application support for global market business, especially strong understanding of HKEX’s microstructure. Knowledge of derivatives markets, including warrant, CBBC, Options and futures is a plus.
• A solid knowledge of trading activity & workflow of Front office, knowledge of middle & Back office is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge and hands on experience of scripting in Windows and Linux. 
• Proficient knowledge of SQL scripts and command in database platforms.
• Able to work under stressful situation, good communication skills, helpful and good team player.
• Good analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills and ability to deal with multi-cultural users and vendors.
• Strong interested in problem-solving and solution deliveries mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
