Job Duties:

• Responsible for asset management of the future portfolio acquisitions and mergers
• Assist to formulate strategies and review acquisitions and mergers opportunities
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly management reporting, and cash flow reports for the Company’s portfolio
• Year end audit and tax matters
• Create detailed modeling financial plans for investments and acquisitions
• Perform risk management, analysis and appraisals on the investment opportunities
• Work alongside the management and directors of the business and engage on projects at ad hoc opportunities

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
• Experiences in financial institution and investment knowledge in M&A and asset management
• International experience and passion within sports and hospitality industry preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight timelines
