Responsibilities:

• Telephone calls to follow up Bank & Telecom customers’ inquiries and arrangement of outstanding billings settlement

 Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 -2 years working experience (CS / Sales is preferred)
• Good in communication and negotiation skills
• Aggressive and self-initiative to achieve business result
• Familiar with PC applications
• Immediate available an advantage
