What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Handle customer banking enquires in a professional manner
• Ensure customer enquiry and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge

Who are we looking for?

• HKCEE or HKDSE graduate or above
• 5 subjects passed, including either Chi, Eng, or Math would be an advantage
• Native in Cantonese good command of English as an advantage
• If experienced CS candidate would be considered for senior position
• Fresh graduates are welcome
