Job Description
Our client is a major Chinese Bank and is looking for a candidate to join its IT Department as System Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows and Linux Servers /VM infra-structure administration including system/software installation and configuration, system patching & upgrade and system monitoring , perform regular compliance and baseline
- Support IT administration, maintain and implementation tasks on IT system Infrastructure.
- System troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Provide technical solution on hardware, system software and infrastructure projects and support system development, testing and rollout
- Provide assistance in infrastructure related projects
- Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure designs, solution implementation and supports in an enterprise environment
- Technical knowledge and experience with the following:
- Administration of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, File Service
- Administration of AIX/Linux servers,VMware ESXi,SAN Storage,Lotus Notes, VDI
- Veeam or Veritas Backup Solutions,
- Experience in K8s and ansible is preferred,
- MCSE,RHCE certifications are preferred
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
