Job Duties 

• Prepare group consolidated financial statements, schedules and various analysis reports;
• Work with a team in Shenzhen to perform all accounting, financial control, reporting, planning and analysis and statutory compliance functions of the Company and its subsidiaries;
• Assist in establishing, maintaining and managing all financial control policies and procedures for the protection and management of the company's assets, and management of the company's liabilities;
• Assist in managing the annual business, financial and tax planning and periodic forecasting process;
• Assist in company secretarial related matters;
• Responsible for the treasury function;
• Responsible for company’s credit control including financial analysis;
• Assist in ad hoc project and liaising with all relevant parties

Requirements 

• A qualified accountant with a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business;
• Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in accounting and consolidation is highly preferred;
• International audit firm experience would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance will be advantage
• Previous working experience in China is preferred;
• Experience in merger and acquisition, IPO and finance system implementation will be a definite advantage;
• Experience in trading/garment/manufacturing will be an advantage;
• Excellent analytical skills, strategic mind-set with strong business acumen;
• Possess strong ability and willingness to work in fast paced environment, to strive for continuous improvement and able to work in a hands-on manner;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
