Job Responsibilities:        

• Formulate and maintain branch operations procedures in compliance with branch policies regulatory and Head Office requirements
• Formulate and maintain branch procedures for Derivative Sales Rules by co-working with Compliance to align with relevant branch policies
• Liaise with Regional Office and Head Office on various bank-wide strategic reporting
• Maintain sound internal customer relationship with various business stakeholders
• To participate in various streamlining and transformation initiatives in order to provide better customer services and improve customers experience
• Manage and assess the impact on operational incidents as and when required and recommend improvement initiatives
  
  

• University graduate in business administration, operational management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable with experience in bank operations and operations risk management areas
• Sound knowledge of bank operations, especially operations risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
