Job Description
Our client is a European banking group who is currently looking for a Customer Engagement and Retention Manager to cope with their business strategy. Interested parties with relevant experience are encouraged to apply:

- Translate and implement global customer engagement campaigns to fit the local market
- Create, monitor, and optimize local-specific engagement campaigns to for audience segmentation and customer retention
- Work with external stakeholder and enhance company’s trading platform to local user-friendly based on performance results
- Monitor and maintain company’s CRM system for seamless workflow
- Copywriting support for company events such as webinar messages
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in utilizing CRM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce
- Candidates with HTML background has a added advantage
- Candidates with financial service background is preferred
