The Job:

• Perform pre-trade control for all investment activities by maintaining investment compliance rules and security pools in the trading system;
• Arrange daily risk report for post-trade monitoring against both investment restrictions and risk limits;
• Conduct analysis on risk indicators;
• Conduct UAT for new investment compliance rules;
• Participate in risk rating for new products;
• Any ad-hoc assigned by the team lead

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline; Qualification in CFA/FRM/PRM/CAIA is an advantage;
• At least 7 years hands-on experience in risk management gained from financial institutions; Experience on China HY fixed income filed is an advantage;
• Experience with Bloomberg CMGR is required, and experience in VBA programming is desired;
• Familiar with asset management business; and good knowledge in financial products such as bonds, equity and index/commodities future etc.;
• Proactive, responsible, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
