Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries/complaints regarding their loan application 
• Provide quality customer service 
• Conduct outbound call to introduce and promote credit card/ personal loan 
• Achieve the assigned sale target 

Requirements:

• HKCEE/ HKDSE graduated or above
• Knowledgeable in personal loan and credit card loan products 
• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing OR any sales industry 
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Proactive with good communication skill
