Responsibilities:

• Assist the team head to achieve the assigned KPIs on no. of new customers, new personal loan bookings and receivables
• Develop, coordinate and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
• Explore and develop new channels opportunities. Monitoring of sales channel to formulate appropriate action plan to achieve the sales target
• Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning
• Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
• Drive digital channels and marketing campaign for the performance of personal lending products
• Participate in product development and system enhancement to enhance the product features and improve customer journey

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferably
• Minimum 5 years' marketing experience in the credit card / personal loan industry
• Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
• Strong self-motivation, with creativity and ability to work under pressure
• Preferably in personal lending / loan/ consumer banking areas with digitalization exposure
• Strong marketing execution skills from communication to promotions
• Strong analytical skills
