Our client is a well-established bank in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join their team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Solicit personal loan applications through out-reach sales activities and outbound calls
• Meet or exceed the monthly sales volume target
• Follow the established workflow & procedures and deliver quality service to customer
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Secondary educated or above 
• Has direct sales experience by phone call, preferably in financial industry
• Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Good customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Direct Sales Representative
