The individual in this position will work across the whole organization to engage with different internal and external stakeholders, including different business groups, NGOs, community and vendors.  The role will help specifically in supporting corporate social responsibility activities, organizing events, drafting internal and press materials, preparing budgets and reports, and sharing administrative tasks with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as NGOs on CSR initiatives; promote programs internally and externally
• Provide logistical support for community events, PR programs and internal staff activities (both physical and virtual events)
• Liaise with external vendors on event management
• Prepare internal and media materials such as internal memos and press releases
• Manage and handle administrative work such as event reporting, budgeting, billing and accrual
• Maintain and update content on intranet and external websites
• Perform daily media monitoring and prepare news coverage reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• University degree holder in Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines
• 1-2 year working experience ideally in the banking industry or PR and Event Management Agency
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Excellent in MS office, photo editing
• Knowledge of video production and editing, photography and graphic design is a plus
• Good team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinker · Highly independently and self-motivated
• Proactive and detail-minded with strong organizational, project management and time management skills and is able to work under tight timeline
