Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process credit card applications including application input, phone verification and document follow up
- Pre-screen the credit card applications, data verification & document validation
- Make outbound call to customer for following up card related products and applications
- Coach junior staff in daily operations
- Perform general operations duties such as document filing & retrieval
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in credit card or unsecured lending industry
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word & Excel
- Proficient of both written & spoken Cantonese and English
- Dynamic and strong analytical skill
